I forgot to add that it totally could be worse. A friend in my ward has to rip apart the entire front part of her house because of termites! And they have only lived there a few months. That is terrible. I babysat her daughter last week, maybe I should have chased her off my porch! j/k, that is a Gimore Girl's reference if anyone got that.
I just keep telling myself at least I don't have termites.

This kind of made me feel better for renewing our termite warranty last week, even though it cost a lot...
I loved Gilmore Girls! I'm sad it's over but Josh isn't. (he said they talked too fast...lol)
