House

Well, we got the appraisal back on our house. It came in for almost exactly 100,000 more than we paid for it 2 years ago. Pretty good. Although I am somewhat confused because I know a house down the street from us that is quite a bit smaller recently sold for almost the same price. I wonder what is wrong with our house? Not that it matters, because we definitely do not want a huge loan, just a small refinance to include some of our debt, so the appraisal was for more than enough, but if we ever want to sell it some day I thought it would sell for more than that. It would be nice to know what I should and could do to make my house more valuable. Well, we aren't planning on moving and I love my house so its not really an issue. It is nice knowing we made a good decision buying this house and that it has definitely paid off.
