And now... Mistress Noodles

I don't measure, so just guess.

1 chicken breast per person
a cupish of lemon juice
basil, oregano and marjoram to fill the palm of your hand
Lemon & pepper seasoning

Cut the breast into thirds, put in a bowl with the rest of the recipe. Get your hands in there and mix it up. No cheating, hands dirty for this one. Put all into a large wok or pan and cook over heat source. Once both sides of chicken are white and the juice has been bubbling for a bit drain the dish and cook each side until brown. This should let your chicken be really juicy.

1/3 cupish of olive oil
1/3 cupish of balsamic vinegar
1 small can of tomato sauce
3 big cloves of garlic, mashed

Mix and cook, stir often. The smell should permeate the entire house when done.

Some Egg based noodles, better known as mistress noodles.

Cook.

Fresh vegetables (string beans (uncut), eggplant, shittake mushrooms, regular mushrooms) can be cooked on the side (not with the chicken).

Base of noodles, chicken and vegetables and smothered in the sauce.

Serve with bagels, cut in half and toasted. Use sauce as dip.

Afterward you should feel guilty.

This sounds great - it has so many of my favorite flavors in it. I'll definitely try it. I am wondering about the name, though... ;)
