Updates

Last week was our 8th anniversary. Thank you for 8 wonderful years honey.
So how did we spend our anniversary? Well, since I am sure you are wondering, we were all so sick. Poor Ethan was sick the longest. Doesn't he just look miserable? He started out with puffy watery eyes and by night had a high fever. We all suffered through fevers and coughing, and sore throats that lasted over a week for some of us. Elijah got off easy, he was back at school after 24 hours, of course his asthma is making sure that a week and half later he is still coughing. It barely touched Chloe at all. That girl as a pretty amazing immune system. Ethan and I were sick forever, but we are finally on the mend. He then spent the last week with pink eye.
Here is Chloe showing us just how strong she is. What a tough little girl.
Elijah had a Pow Wow at school today. Here he is in his in the Indian clothes they made.
Here is my latest belly shot. I am getting huge! I can't wait until this baby is out!

Blake started working a second job this week. He is now gone until 8pm every night. Its exhausting. I have to be honest I didn't think he really did that much around the house, sorry honey. But I definitely appreciate him now. I am completely worn out and everything seems to take way longer than it should. I hope he can find a better job quickly so we don't have to keep up this crazy schedule.

Elijah has decided that he is the man of the house now that his Dad is gone all day. Yesterday he informed me that because Daddy couldn't come home he was going to help me with all the hard work I do. He rinsed the dishes, cleared the table, vacuumed the kitchen floor, cleaned up all the toys and vacuumed our family room. He is such a wonderful helper! As I am writing this he is vacuuming up the popcorn that Chloe spilled in the family room. He really is growing up!

Good to hear you are all feeling better. Being sick is no fun especially when you don't have anyone to take care of you. Sounds like Elijah is really stepping up to the plate there. I'm glad his is there to help you out.

you look so cute, and i am not joking but the longer hair makes you look really young too, too young for 4 kids already! i can't believe it's been 8 years that makes me feel old! and if you ever want to send elijah my way for a few days i would love to have some help vacuuming and more importantly dishes, haha!
