I am doing wellness challenge with a group of friends. If we make our goals we are planning a fun girls night out!
I am posting my goals here on my Blog to help me, and in the hopes that if the world knows it will help me stick to it.
1. Drink 6 8oz glasses of water a day
2. No eating after 8 pm
3. Exercise 3 times a week
4. Eat whole wheat, including pasta, limiting sweets down to once a week.
I know they don't seem so huge, but lets face it, I am so out of shape so I have to start somewhere!

I'd totally fail on the water thing... 6?! Really? I'm lucky if I drink one all day.
Good luck. First 2 weeks are the hardest then its a habit :)
