I want to share with you my new favorite food. Nopal! We found the most incredible Mexican food restaurant in Orem a few months ago, Maria Bonitas. The dish I got last night has Nopal in it, which is prickly pear. Let me tell you it is so yummy! I highly reccommend it. Click on the name above to read more about Nopal.
