It never ends!

I officially hate sage. Its that ugly purple plant in the picture. Its terrible. First of all I find it totally ugly, there is just no way to make it look good, and second Blake is horribly allergic to it. Last year he dug out all the sage in our yard, 6 horrible plants of it, and this summer its coming back! You just can't kill that stuff. I spent an hour digging out the sprouts of it on Saturday. Ug. I do not like yard work. We spend what felt like forever in our yard and I feel like it was only a drop in the bucket. I can not figure out how to get our yard under control. How do people do it? I would love to level our yard and start over putting only grass and trees in it. Everything else just gets overgrown and ugly. I also desperately want to pull out all the Aspen. They are the most horrible trees ever. Our grass is always covered in miniature trees. I feel like we are growing a forest. I am tempted to let it grow into a forest, there would be less yard work that way.
