I know it may not seem like a big thing, but I went running today! Yay! Go me! I actually got my lazy self out of bed at 6 to run before Blake went to work. I decided to do
THIS program. It helped a lot. Easing into it will hopefully not make me burn out so quickly. My goal is to run more than once a week. I am sore, though. The hills around our house are killer!

GOOD FOR YOU!!! Keep it up! It's always helpful for me to keep track of my miles. It's motivating to get to benchmarks and reward myself as I go. By the time I get to 100 miles I've formed a habit and life is good. You ought to come join me at the www.runningwithangels.com race in a month. It's a nice 5k through the gardens at Thanksgiving point.
I love the pictures of your kids - they are so cute!
Yay congrats on running! It can be so hard sometimes to get moving.
